Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Sceneorbit (“Sceneorbit”, “we”) is operated by MW Birkelund (sole proprietorship / enkeltpersonforetak), org. no. 935 165 253, Tollbugata 6, 6002 Ålesund, Norway (support@sceneorbit.ai). Sceneorbit provides an AI creative studio for generating and editing images, video and audio, available at sceneorbit.ai and through connected surfaces (API, CLI, MCP connectors and plugins). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (minors need a guardian’s consent), provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity through API keys and connected agents. You can revoke any key at any time under Connect.

3. Credits, plans and payments

  • Generation is metered in credits. Every action shows its credit cost before you run it, and failed generations are automatically refunded to your balance.
  • Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals and keeps the plan active until the end of the paid period.
  • Purchased credits are consumed by use and are otherwise non-transferable.
  • Refund policy: purchases are final. Credits you have consumed are service that has been delivered — generation costs are incurred by us the moment you run a job — and are not refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused subscription time after cancellation, or dissatisfaction with generated results (failed generations are always re-credited automatically).
  • EEA consumers — right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer in the EEA, your statutory rights apply in addition to the policy above. Credit packs are digital content delivered immediately — at checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the credits are delivered. Subscriptions can be withdrawn within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the unused part; credits consumed before withdrawal count as service delivered at your request and are deducted proportionally. 4. Generated content and ownership

  • You keep the rights you have in the material you upload, and you must have the right to upload it — including photos of people, brands and products.
  • Subject to these terms and the third-party model terms below, we assign to you all our rights in the outputs you generate. You may use outputs commercially.
  • Generation runs on third-party models (named per model in the product, e.g. ByteDance, Google, Kling, Black Forest Labs, ElevenLabs, Anthropic). Their usage terms apply to the corresponding outputs, and model availability can change when providers change or retire models.
  • AI outputs can be inaccurate or resemble existing works. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them.
  • Outputs carry machine-readable AI-provenance marking (image metadata and file-level tags) as required by EU AI Act Art. 50. Do not strip this marking when the law requires disclosure, and disclose clearly when publishing realistic depictions of people or events.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sceneorbit to create or distribute:

  • content that is illegal where you or your audience are;
  • non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, or sexualized depictions of real people without their consent;
  • deceptive impersonations of real people or organizations, including misleading deepfakes and fraudulent content;
  • harassment, incitement to violence, or malware distribution;
  • uploads of other people’s faces, voices or works without the necessary rights or consent.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or refuse service for violations. Where reasonable we will warn you first.

6. Service changes and availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Underlying model providers can fail or change; failed generations are refunded. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes to paid functionality.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sceneorbit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under Norwegian and EU consumer law.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, unused promotional credits lapse; where required by law, we will refund unused purchased credits.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the product or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.

10. Contact and governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes belong to the Norwegian courts — this does not deprive consumers of protections of their home country. Questions: support@sceneorbit.ai.
